Erika Moore is a two-time graduate of the University of Central Florida, enrolled in UCF’s Exceptional Education Ph.D. program in the College of Community Innovation and Education. Erika is a scholarship recipient on a federal funded grant by the Office of Special Education Programs where she conducts innovative research in teacher education. Some of her research interest include teacher preparation, post-secondary programs for students with cognitive disabilities, and inclusion. Erika mission is to enhance students with intellectual disabilities’ post-secondary learning experiences by harnessing the use of research-based content and practices that focus on promoting inclusion.
