Upon graduating from Stetson Law School, Dr. Fiesta started his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He served the people of Orange and Osceola Counties as a prosecutor for over 15 years before joining UCF's Department of Legal Studies faculty full time. Dr. Fiesta is the Moot Court Team Program Advisor as well as the team's Head Coach. Dr. Fiesta is a member of the Florida Bar, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court Bar.
