Navigating the criminal justice system can be overwhelming for victims of crime. With UCF’s Victim Advocacy Certificate, you’ll learn how to support those in need, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

This 15-credit undergraduate program provides both a theoretical and practical knowledge base, preparing you to work in victim advocacy roles across law enforcement, social work, healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Courses are offered through the Department of Criminal Justice, College of Nursing, Department of Sociology, and School of Social Work, giving you a holistic understanding of victim support services.

The certificate program can be completed fully online and is available to UCF Online students.
