Dean's Office Conference Room Reservations
To reserve a conference room managed by the Dean's Office, please email a reservation request to CCIEDeansOffice@ucf.edu. You will receive an email notification within 24 hours, indicating the requested room's availability and reservation confirmation (if the room is available). All requests for dissertations will continue to go through Alex Davilla. Please email him directly at alejandro.davila@ucf.edu.

- Name of meeting
- Preferred conference room number/location
- Name of the person you are reserving the room for (if someone other than you)
- Contact information (name, email address and phone number)
