April Walker is a panel mediator and arbitrator at Upchurch Watson White & Max. She is a graduate of Duke University and University of Florida Levin College of Law. After clerking for a U. S. District Court Judge, she focused her litigation practice on business, commercial, and consumer financial services litigation. Prior to joining Upchurch Watson, she was a shareholder at Carlton Fields law firm in Orlando. Ms. Walker specializes in alternative dispute resolution of pre-suit matters and litigated disputes pending in state and federal courts.
