Sandra Davidson is a current doctoral student at the University of Central Florida where she is pursuing a doctorate degree in curriculum and instruction. She has over 25 years of combined human resources and higher education experience.  Key areas of HR administration include employee relations, policy administration, talent acquisition, compensation, benefit administration, and training and development. Her experience in higher education includes faculty credentialing, curriculum and catalog administration, as well as classroom instruction.  She received her master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.  She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).  She enjoys community service and has been involved in many organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, Women on the Rise, National Black MBA Association, United Way, and the Orlando Urban League.
