Tijuana L. Rollins is a doctoral student at the University of Central Florida, working towards her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, specializing in Higher Education. She completed her B.S. Business Education, Office Administration from Florida A & M University, and her M.Ed. in Higher & Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University. Ms. Rollins is a currently works in academic and student affairs. Her areas of research interest include transfer student populations, adult education, and first-generation college students.
