Xinliang Liu, Ph.D.
Global Health Management and Informatics
Xinliang “Albert” Liu, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Health Services Administration (with tenure) in the School of Global Health Management and Informatics at the University of Central Florida. His research focuses on health services utilization, costs, quality of care, performance evaluation of health care organizations and systems, and research methodology. Dr. Liu’s research expertise includes the development of novel methodological approaches for clinical and policy issues such as changing treatment patterns, medical complications, and effectiveness of interventions in real world settings based on secondary data. Dr. Liu holds a Bachelor of Medicine in Medicine degree and a Master's degree in Health Economics and Policy Research. He received his doctorate in Health Services Organization and Research from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Liu teaches in the Executive Master of Health Administration online program.
