Biography

I am an instructor for students in the school psychology graduate program in the College of Counselor Education and School Psychology. I started out as a special education science teacher in middle school before beginning my work as a school psychologist in 2012. Throughout my career, I have worked with students in preschool through high school. My experiences have developed passions for identifying and supporting students with learning disabilities, applying current neuroscience research to educational practices, and connecting our youngest learners with effective early interventions.
