Biography
Sara Michael-Luna is an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Development and Education at the University of Central Florida. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. Her initial work examined multilingual literacies (Spanish-English and Italian-English) in early childhood language development, curriculum and pedagogy. Her current research looks at the intersection of policy and practice for young children and their teachers and families.
