Biography
Eunsil Yoo joined the University of Central Florida in the summer of 2024 as a Lecturer in the Nonprofit Management Program in the School of Public Administration. Previously, she served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Public Policy Leadership Program at the University of Mississippi for two years. Beginning in the fall of 2019, she taught core public policy and administration courses at Penn State Harrisburg and the University of Mississippi for five years, including Government and Politics of American States, The Bureaucratic State, Public Policy Research Methods, Public Policy Design and Analysis, and Introduction to Public Administration.
Her research focuses on collaborative processes and networks among diverse organizations and communities for social justice policymaking and social program implementation. In addition, she is interested in researching and practicing how diverse individuals and group members build inclusive and collaborative organizational cultures within organizations from a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) perspective.
She has practical experience working at NGOs in S. Korea and abroad in the areas of civic education and conflict management/resolution, and has expanded her experience by participating in NPO activities in various roles such as client, volunteer, and advisory board member in the United States.
