Carroll Steps Into Role as CPNM Director

The Center for Public and Nonprofit Management is starting the new year off with a new director.

Deborah Carroll joins the CPNM from the University of Georgia, where she served as the Master of Public Administration program director and as the graduate coordinator.

She earned her undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and her areas of expertise are public and nonprofit financial management, state and local taxation, urban economic development and applied quantitative methods.

Carroll also serves as the associate editor of Public Administration Review, which is now co-edited by MPA program director Jeremy Hall.
