The online request form has been developed to help coordinate appearances, speeches and other requests of the dean. Please complete the online request form at least four weeks in advance of your event.
Please keep in mind that the dean’s schedule is very demanding and is subject to change at any time in the event of emergencies or important university business. If such situations affect the dean’s attendance at your event, a member of the Dean’s Office will contact you.
