Terry Greear ’02 nearly died during his 72-day stay in the hospital after contracting coronavirus earlier this year. “I had every intention of getting the vaccine and never doubted its importance, but I did not have the opportunity to get it in January prior to falling ill.”

The UCF School of Teacher Education alum hopes that by sharing his story, more people will decide to protect themselves and others by getting vaccinated.
