Diane DelliBovi is a fifth grade teacher at Lawton Chiles Elementary school. She has been an elementary teacher and instructional coach for eleven years. Ms. DelliBovi earned her Master’s degree in K-8 Mathematics and Science Education from the University of Central Florida, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Education. Some of her recognitions include 2017 Teacher of the Year and 2018 Hero Teacher. She enjoys working with Mathletes, after school tutoring, mentoring new teachers and interns, as well as being a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. What Ms. DelliBovi finds most exciting about being a Noyce Fellow is continuing to learn from inspirational professors and becoming an advocate for lasting change in mathematics for all students.
