Biography
Kelly is currently the Head of Global Digital Marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances at L’Oreal USA. Kelly has over 14 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Consulting. Her career in marketing started immediately after undergrad graduation in an interactive advertising agency where she learned her core Project Management skillset. Not long after, her career moved her to New York City to pursue opportunities at the country’s largest and most storied advertising and consulting firms, including tenures at Digitas, Ogilvy, and Accenture Interactive prior to joining L’Oreal.
Throughout her career Kelly has been continuously connected to the Internet, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy. Graduating from UCF with a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Mass Communications, digital marketing has been a natural fit for both her personal interests and her communications studies.
Kelly is an active annual volunteer for the New York City Heritage of Pride Organization – a non-profit that plans and produces New York City’s official LGBTQIA+ Pride events each year to commemorate the Stonewall Riots of 1969. Kelly has recently served as the Assistant Hospitality Talent Lead on the PRIDE March Operations Committee and has been a volunteer there for over 5 years.
