Payton Schnall ’23 is an Academic Success Coach serving College of Community Innovation and Education students, primarily our future educators. Payton has a passion for helping students reach their educational and career goals by supporting them throughout their collegiate journey.

During her undergraduate career at the University of Central Florida, Payton balanced heavy involvement in leadership and performing arts with her academics. Beyond Summa Cum Laude, Payton earned the Top Honor Graduate distinction, which is only given to undergraduates with the highest academic rank.

She credits the UCF Choirs (Singing Knights) for constantly supporting and uplifting her through her studies, even during a global pandemic.

As an undergraduate, Payton was a soloist in multiple world premiere performances at UCF Celebrates the Arts, performed regularly in Orlando’s world-class Steinmetz Hall with the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and UCF Symphony Orchestra, and made her Carnegie Hall debut with Andrea Ramsey’s Suffrage Cantata. Now as an AlumKnight, she continues to be involved as a member of the UCF Community Choir.

She is a South Florida native who loves quality sushi and miso soup along with countless FaceTime calls home to see the family dog.
