Born in the Colombian Caribbean, in a household with Lebanese and Brazilian background, her roots have a multicultural perspective, a curious spirit and a strong commitment to promote social inclusion. She holds a bachelor in International Relations from Universidad del Norte, in Barranquilla, Colombia. She is currently pursuing two Master Degrees from UCF, Public Administration and Nonprofit Management. She currently works as a Graduate Assistant in the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management. She also works part time as a Junior consultant in socialBaq, a small consultancy firm that builds methods to shape tailor-made trainings and programs for talent development, which are used for capacity building, strategic planning and maximizing impact and growth by different companies and nonprofits around the world.
