UCF Moot Court Sends Four Teams to American Moot Court Association’s National Championship Tournament
Four two-person teams competed at the national tournament, with one of them placing in the top 16 in the nation.
UCF’s two teams ousted 26 others to force an all-UCF final round and take first and second place.
The honors include the Distinguished Alumni, Honorary Alumni, Young Alumni, Distinguished Student and the Champion’s Award.
Members won first-place team of mediators and team of advocates/clients, along with other individual and pair awards.
UCF Downtown had the opportunity to speak to three students that were able to gain internships even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and are now putting the skills they learned both as students and interns to work.
